The Glamorganshire was our Saturday course in 2007.
The par 70, 6,184 yard golf course, enjoying stunning views over the
sea, is not actually a links, but an 18-hole parkland course on
undulating ground at the eastern edge of Cosmeston Lakes Country Park.
I think we had a rare relatively sunny day for this one. The second sticks in my mind as a super little uphill par three. The rest's a bit of a blur to tell the truth but a looks like there's a load of well-placed bunkers throughout this course.
The Rugby World Cup was on at the time and when we made it back to the clubhouse we watched Jonny Wilkinson kick England to victory over Samoa in the Rugby World Cup.
Have a look at the course guide and see if you want to add any comments on this venue.
